Original content ownership: The newsletters and articles converted by Speasy remain the property of their original creators. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

Speasy's content: The Speasy service, including our website, apps, and generated audio, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute our service without permission.

By you: You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, we will delete your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
